Sozinho, o celular \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por 66% de todas as opera\u00e7\u00f5es feitas no Pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisa traz pela primeira vez dados de transa\u00e7\u00f5es banc\u00e1rias feitas no recurso de pagamentos do aplicativo de mensagens Whatsapp, liberado pelo Banco Central em mar\u00e7o de 2021. Segundo o estudo, 50% dos bancos respondentes oferecem o canal WhatsApp para transa\u00e7\u00f5es. Em um ano, as opera\u00e7\u00f5es cresceram 531%, atingindo o total de 56,2 milh\u00f5es de transa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Deste total, 37% se referem \u00e0s opera\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras via Pix e 29% \u00e0s renegocia\u00e7\u00f5es de d\u00edvidas. A ferramenta tamb\u00e9m facilita a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de consultas para o cliente.
